The restaurant is run by Chef Patron Michael Micallef. Michael trained in Italy and gained his qualifications before taking over his own restaurant in Malta. He has many years experience and his kitchens have provided many a fine meal for customers of well known establishments and celebrities alike.  He is supported by a team of qualified chefs who add innovative dishes to the regular menu.
